Construction Update Exterior of Independent Living and Clubhouse is virtually complete. Clubhouse and part of apartment building will be turned over to us on or around March 1, 2010. We will have 107 apartments ready for occupancy in mid-April. Move-ins will start!!! Assisted Living will be turned over in May. Inspections could take several weeks Landscaping will take shape very soon.

Apartment Selection Meetings Meetings will start February 1st. Lisa is calling Ambassadors now to set up these times. We will meet with Ambassadors in order to select floor plan and location, as well as parking selection. We will have photos of apartment interiors for each model, as well as photos of various views. We will supply hallway details of various areas—elevator, stairs, community rooms, etc. Friends can come together if you choose to do so.
