2. My life has changed since quitting
After smoking cigarettes most of my life, I quit a
year ago and my entire life has really changed for
the better since. The main trigger for giving up
cigarette smoking was my loved ones. It had even
got to the point where I was smoking 190 a day
and sometimes even more. When my friends
would come to visit, I'd need to go outside every
30 minutes for a cigarette. My smoking cravings
were too strong and I could not go long before I
would have to smoke.

3. I kept needing a cigarette
It annoyed me that I wasn’t in a position to spend the
time with my family that I wanted because of my
smoking addiction. I was adamant that I was not going to
smoke in front of my loved ones as I know tobacco smoke
is harmful to their health. This sadly meant that I needed
to keep going out of the room to smoke a cigarette.
While I knew tobacco was harmful to my health, I had
been so addicted that I could not stop tobacco cigarettes.
I'd tried almost everything to stop tobacco smoking and
although I would be capable of giving up smoking for a
short time, temptation would usually win and I would
start smoking again. Electric cigarettes offered a
substitute to cigarette smoking. As opposed to smoking
traditional cigarettes I'd smoke an e cigarette.

4. My son bought me an ecig
I had read online about e-cigs and my son ordered
an powered cigarette as a gift. I began smoking e
cigarettes as an alternative to tobacco cigarettes
due to the fact I could smoke e cigarettes next to
my grandchildren without risk of harming their
health and since they contain nicotine, they
fulfilled my addiction. the following year, I had fully
quit.

5. Ecigs are a healthier alternative
Powered cigarettes have encouraged me lower the
number of tobacco cigarettes I smoke by acting as a
harmless alternative. I don’t have to be concerned
any longer with regards to the damage I am doing to
my lungs or damaging the health of others around
me. E cigs absolutely live up to their reputation. I
was living in a cage of smoke prior to being
introduced to e-cigarettes and I'm so glad I was able
to break away from tobacco cigarettes. I only have
one regret; my wife was not around to see my
recovery. I recommend other smokers to buy an e
cigarette also. If not for you, stop for your children.
You definitely won’t be sorry.

6. There are two types of ecigs
If you have considered electronic cigarettes
already, you'll know that there are 2 types:
disposable e-cigs and reusable ecigs. I'd recommend
that you start using a disposable electronic
cigarette. They may be purchased from most
chemists and are even beginning to be sold in petrol
stations too. With a little luck you will like it and will
permanently move to ecigs and in the event you
do, it's far better to get a reusable electric cigarette
because these are less costly since they may be
recharged plus the cartridge can be changed.

7. When will you try and e cigarette?
If I had my time once more, I'd have moved to
electric cigarettes years ago. Buying an e cigarette
genuinely did change my life and I would
encourage others to do the same. Quitting
cigarette smoking will help in setting a great
example to your children to ensure they do not
start smoking.
