1. Hi! My name is Narcissus. I'm 35 and I live in Melbourne, Australia. I am the Global Distributions
and Logistics Manager for a multi-national company that manufactures toothbrushes.
We have offices all over the globe namely in Manila, India, China, Mexico, Poland, and Los
Angeles. My job requires me to visit each site every 2 weeks or less. Because of that I have had
trouble sleeping. I try to catch some eye shut while in transit (in car rides or on the plane or while
waiting for connecting flights) – but I can never really seem to fall asleep. Lately, things have
gotten worse and I get very little sleep in the (many) hotel rooms I’ve been booked in. I always
look forward to the 4-5 day respite where I can sleep soundly on my bed.
I love my job and can’t imagine having to give it up but I really need to get more sleep! Can your
team help me think of ways to do that?
