How to flatten your stomach fast
1. Foods That Can Help To Flatten Your Stomach And
Make You Look Younger
It is great to be able to address your body issues and hopefully flatten your tummy, but what about your
skin. Let’s be honest, when people talk to you they don’t talk to your tummy do they? It is your skin and
face that they see once they are up close so surely it’s a good idea to put as much effort into our skin
and facial muscles as our bodies.
The good thing is that many of the foods that are good for your skin are also beneficial for weight loss
and maintaining your body’s cellular structure as a whole. I’ll write a little about three favorites before
enticing you with a couple of recipes.
Avocado.
Avocado is packed full of good oils and Vitamin E. The benefits of this range
from cardiovascular health through to protection from sun damage. I like to
substitute butter with it on my crackers and if topped with smoked salmon and
cucumber, not only is it a delicious treat but one packed with essential fats that
your body needs. Choose a wholegrain cracker or even toast and it is a healthy
snack that’s hard to beat. I also find that it is very easy to digest so I never get
bloated eating something like this. Great For Skin and Overall

Citrus Fruit
We all know how good oranges, lemons and limes are for us. They are a great source of Vitamin C
which your body needs to produce collagen, the stuff that keeps you looking young! Whilst you can eat
these as part of your 5 a day, you can
also cook with lemon juice perhaps. Try baking your favorite fish in the oven with
lemon juice and herbs. Simply place the fish on a piece of foil large enough to wrap
the fish (and seal).
Sprinkle liberally with lemon juice, salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil, wrap and

Tuna
Tuna is very high in selenium which protects the skins cells from free radicals and also serves to
preserve the existing collagen within your skin. Of course it also has those fish oils which are
undeniably good for you. You could cook a piece of tuna in the method above but personally, I like to
sear it on all sides leaving it raw in the centre. You won’t want too much of it if it’s cooked this way but
it’s delicious, freshness is the key if you’re going for tuna.
2. Seared Tuna, simple but delicious.
Foods You Should Avoid If You Want To Get A Flat Stomach.
In the same way that there are foods that are beneficial in both anti-aging and getting a flat stomach,
there are those that should be avoided.
White carbohydrates are a killer. We know they don’t help our digestion or weight loss and cause spikes
in insulin production which can cause cravings, but what about our skin? Well, when your body releases
insulin it fuses collagen and elastin within your skin which in turn reduces the elasticity and then of
course is the onset of wrinkles. Wholegrain carbs are the way to go for both good skin health and body
health.
Overall, it is easy to see that eating foods as close to their natural form is a good approach. If we eat a
good mixture of these you will see improvements to your appearance and also will feel better. If your
aim is to flatten your stomach fast you will find it happens much more quickly if you adopt a lifestyle
overall including exercises and good nutritionally sound foods.
