OBSERVATION at CVS Pharmacy

Finding a store employee to get assistance or ask a question about a product can
sometimes take more time than I’d like. It requires walking around the store hoping
to spot or run into an employee. Due to the layout of the store you can’t easily see
beyond a single aisle compared to a store with a more open layout. This makes the
search for an employee much more difficult.
INSIGHT for stores (supermarkets, hardware stores, pharmacies, etc.)

Instead of wandering around looking for an employee to help me it would be great
if I could stay in the aisle near the product I’m looking at, push a button and have a
light shine up on the ceiling. Similar to a “call” button for flight attendants. That way
a store employee can look towards the ceiling and see where they need to go to
assist a customer.

For a more proactive customer, it could be better if store employees had a badge
that projecting a light on the ceiling of the store. Almost like a “bat signal”.
Customers could look at the ceiling and see where store employees are if they
wanted to track one down to get assistance.
