• Pricing for many procedures are not included in the
HIMS
• Re-pricing of procedures like OCT / Visual Fields need
to be done to adjust for revenue loss due to blocked
appointments
• Two Specialist doctors
• Two MOH qualified nursing staff for additional
procedures
• Procurement of consumables like Fluorescein should
be expedited and made user friendly
