    2. • BMI is a measurement comparing your height and weight to indicate whether you are underweight or overweight. To do this, here is the formula: BMI=(Weight in Pounds) divided by (Height in Inches times Height in Inches)multiplied by 703
    3. • Example for a person who is 65" tall and weighs 150 pounds would be calculted as: 150 divided by 4225 (which is 65x65)multiplied by 703 = 24.96
    4. • Reference the chart below to get your results: BMI Weight Status: Below 18.5: Underweight 18.5 -24.9: Normal weight 25 - 29.9: Overweight 30 & Above: Obese
