•The light enters the pupil, the black
circle in your iris and then enters the
pupil. The lighter the light the smaller
your pupil is. The darker the light the
bigger the pupil is to allow more light.
•Then it travels to the lens. Then, an
upside-down image on what you are
focusing on is in your retina.
•Then the light travels to your brain and
it shows what you are looking at.

is the cornea
Behind the pupil is the lens

Inside the eye is the mascula
