22. Provide in depth feedback from showings directing from ShowingTime

24. Reverse prospect on the MLS by contacting agents who have searched for similar properties
25. Add listing to Facebook groups, trading post, and Facebook Marketplace
26. Create a listing ad and submit ad to Craigslist
27. Create a blog post and post it to ActiveRain.com
28. Create a Single Property Website specifically for your home
29. Create and feature Virtual Tours used for social media marketing
30. Post to The Debra West Team’s social media accounts
31. Use Facebook Target Marketing to reach a broader audience for your listing
