Petra Norris is an ActiveRain member and Broker/ Realtor listing and
selling Lakeland Fl Homes. She has taken all of our SEO courses, she is in
our private coaching and group coaching programs. She does her homework
and pays attention to what she needs to do to get business from her online
marketing plan.
Last week she received 3 phone calls from sellers who
needed to list their homes as short sales. She listed 2 of those
houses but the third person ended up needing some help but not
listing. All three of these calls were from sellers who found Petra
online through organic search. They found her on page one on
Google.
Petra blogs on ActiveRain, has a RealtySoft Website for buyers that
is on page one on google, has her own Wordpress blog and another
Wordpress website.
For the keywords that the sellers called her
on she holds the first, second and third places
on page one on google SERPS as shown in this
screen shot below.

2. Her ActiveRain and her Realtysoft site are in #9 and #10 on
page one on Google SERPS for the keywords she is ranking for. On
page 2 she holds a lot more spots which will be moving to page one
shortly.
