Ian and his friends play a game called Gojinasu where cubes and monsters appear and they battle the monsters. Ian forgets he has a match and rushes to meet his friend at the pond. Ian's opponent, Yusagichi, activates the field and sends out his monster Darkling to battle Ian's newly acquired monster Gougi Nasu, which turns out to be just an egg. Gougi Nasu hatches and proves to be very powerful, gaining Ian's opponent's respect. The story teases a future battle between Ando and Ekul against another opponent from Black Hole.

2. I know you won`t believe me, but one day cubes started appearing every where and so did these beasts. We found out that if you keep the cubes and throw them at the monsters, they become yours and when you throw them the monsters fight and you get to keep the monsters you opponent loses, then with my friends, we made a wicked new game called Gojinasu!!
