A New York City-based public policy analyst, Charles Stam earned his Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science at Columbia College in New York, focusing on Cold War history, presidential history, and counterinsurgency studies. Charles Stam also studied United States politics and international relations, including interventions, security, and the judicial politics.
