about it. Your presentation has to include the

6. Directory of services.
• Description of the services the hotel.You need
to give all the information a customer may
want to know.For instance:

Timetables
Rules and advice when using the services.

7. Roleplays
• Our English customer Mr Allen will “ visit your
establishment “a few times along the course..
• Roleplay situations:
1. Giving information about your hotel
2. Making a booking
3. Checking in
4. Suggesting activities in the area
5. Dealing with complaints
6. Checking out.

8. Role-play portfolio
• Your role-plays will be recorded to keep record
of your improvement.
• We’ll save your recordings in a Dropbox folder.
• We are going to use this grid to self assess
your skills both linguistic and professional.
