Female, 63yrs Left Pleura Malignant Mesothelioma
IMPRESSION:
1. After the chemotherapy of the left pleura malignant mesothelioma, multiple nodular
and
small stripe hyper-metabolism lesions of the left pleura are considered as recurrence
of tumor.
2. No lymph node metastases are detected.
3. Hepatic fatty infiltration. Small calculus of right kidney.
4. No other abnormal hyper-metabolic lesion body is detected in other parts of the whole
body.

i. Obsolete inflammatory lesions in the inferior lobe of left lung. Hepatic fatty
infiltration. ii. Right renal calculus. The above mentioned are similar to former
conditions.
iii. Thickening of left oblique fissure pleura. Retrogression change of vertebral column.
No other abnormal hyper-metabolic lesion is detected in other parts of the whole body.
