The Mongolian Dream Home consists of three connected volumes - a central living area connected by a glass staircase to a private wing, with a third compact volume containing parking and a rooftop pool. The layout follows solar orientation with bedrooms facing east and living areas facing south-west for light. Technical drawings and sections show the building materials and construction of the external walls, roof, and roof garden.
