• to lead local innovation projects in order to find new revenue streams (e.g. new VAS) and new business models; • to promote the development of external start up activities and partnerships in the energy sector and in the market of reference; • to support the Country with specialized tools aimed at disseminating and feeding creativity, promoting the development of Innovation culture; • to oversee the entire innovation projects pipeline at country level in order to share best practices, ensure cross-functional alignment and guarantee proper reporting.
