2 Things That Heavily Impact Aging
The more I review research on aging and perhaps more
importantly because of the amount of contact I have with people
utilizing HGH supplementation, I feel compelled to share two
insights.
I’ve come to the conclusion that all of us are:
1. Highly Adaptive
2. Creatures of Habit
Highly Adaptive…
… in that age related issues happen slowly[1] and over time. The
problem is we are so adaptive, we just incorporate aging into our lives and move on not even giving it a second
thought.
As Dr. Ronald Klatz writes in his book “Grow Young with HGH”, the problem with aging is that you can adapt to less-
than-optimal health without realizing it. It’s like driving around in an old car and compensating for its grinding brakes
or loose steering wheel by pressing down harder on the brake peddle or turning the wheel more than you would
normally need to.
It’s not until you’ve had the car worked on that you notice the difference.
Creatures of Habit…
… in that you and I both know that habits, good or bad, literally drive our daily lives. [2] The reality is that the majority
of these habits simply don’t support optimum health.
Most of our culture accepts biological aging as a fact of life and has come to the conclusion that it really doesn’t
matter what you do, you’re going to age. [3]
While it’s true that you ARE going to age it’s also true that people who have taken control of their aging process by
changing their habits. I know that each of us CAN make a dramatic difference in that process.
Our habits can cause us to age prematurely. [4]
The operative questions here are.
Are you a 30 year old with a 40 year old body?
Are you a 40 year old with a 30 year old body?
My personal recommendation:
Get a tune-up – investigate anti-aging opportunities. Don’t just accept biological aging as a fact. [5]
Realize that changing your habits will change your life. [6]
Rethinking HGH Supplementation:
2. Healthy aging represents balanced signaling within the neuroimmuno-endocrine system. That means for every
hormone signal there is a balanced response by another hormone signal.
A simpler view would be that HGH supplementation corrects a measurable deficiency and prevents well known age-
related disturbances such as heart disease, hypertension, liver disease, bone fragility, obesity, diabetes, and excess
body fluid retention.
There is an increasing literature that supports the notion that it is the imbalances in hormone signaling that heighten
the risk of cancer and toxicity. [7]
Give HGH supplementation some serious consideration. [8]
