3. Symptoms
Possibly itching in the areas
where there are bumps. Pain
doesn't usually happen with
them unless they are large or
in the anus. Normally, they
will be painless, skin colored
bumps. Sometimes they can
be red when first appearing,
but are normally skin colored
or slightly darker.
4. Causes
Genital Warts are
caused by certain
types of human
papilloma virus.
5. Treatment
Imiquimod (Aldara,
Zyclara). This cream
appears to boost your
immune system's
ability to fight genital
warts. Avoid sexual
contact while the
cream is on your skin.
Trichloroacetic
acid (TCA). This
chemical treatment
burns off genital
warts. TCA must
always be applied by a
doctor
