04:46 P.M TM Vivek Khanna called the meeting to order by informing the mission and code of conduct in
Toastmasters and introduced the President TM Arun Kumar
04:48 P.M TM Arun Kumar shared his experience attending the 300th Meeting of CSC and declared the meeting
open. Presiding officer introduced the Toastmaster of the day -TM Hugh
04:52 P.M Toastmaster of the Day explained the proceedings of the meeting for the benefit of guests.
He introduced the Theme of the day “ Freedom for all” and Word of the day “ Abdicate”.
He then introduced the General Evaluator. General Evaluator briefed about evaluation and
introduced his team members

The speaker spoke about poverty and ways to curb it. He also made the audience repeat a pledge to
eradicate poverty.

05:32 P.M TMOD introduced Table Topic Master TM Saravanan.
TM Saravanan conducted the Table topics session around the theme of the day.

05:50 P.M TM Anand invited Evaluators and TAG team to present their reports. He also gave his overall
evaluation about the meeting.
His evaluation covered every aspect of the meeting and improvement areas suggested

He encouraged TMs and Guests to attend meeting from other Toastmasters clubs in Chennai.
TM Varun was given a memento as he would be leaving to pursue his passion.
