Even the simplest garden space, bu its very nature, extends a genuine welcome
to all who enter. Perhaps then, what makes a garden inviting isn’t just the
expanse of flowers and plants that make it up but the seat that beckons us to sit
and watch it grow.
Swing hardware adds 4.5” to the overall width of the swing. Listed
dimensions do not include the width of the hardware. Swings are
shipped with rope for an 8 ft. ceiling. If your ceiling is higher than
8 ft. let us know. Swing rope comes with a one year warranty.

100% premium teak with solid brass coupling.
Vented Sunbrella canopies are stitched with

teak planters are designed for use with
potted plants, allowing you to change
contents with the season. When planting
directly into the planter, use of a liner

However, birds, smog and tree sap can become untidy even when your

During its first year of use, teak weathers beautifully to a pleasing soft grey when left outdoors, exposed to sunlight and the elements. Arthur Lauer
furniture is made of the highest grade sustainably harvested teak and the strongest possible construction enabling it to last a lifetime without treatment
and with minimal maintenance.
Teak furniture will last for years without attention. However, sap, pollen, chemicals and contaminants in the air can
affect its appearance. Fortunately, teak furniture is as easy to clean as it is to love. Simply wash your furniture each
year with a mild soap or detergent.
In areas where water contains a lot of iron and other chemicals you may need to add up to 50% of household bleach to
mild soap or detergent (try without bleach first.) For stubborn sap stains or heavily soiled furniture we have Semco
2-part cleaner.
If you prefer not to let your teak furniture age and wether to its natural silvery-gray color, you may choose to preserve the original wood color with a protective stain
or finish. If so, be advised that there is no permanent stain solution for teak wood and in order to maintain the look of the new wood you will need to reapply the
protective finish annually. We strongly advise against using teak oil to stain your furniture as it is an organic product and will encourage mildew and discoloring.
To protect the color of your teak furniture we recommend sealer available here. Please note that the application of any product to the surface of your teak
furniture, even a colorless stain, will make the color of the wood appear slightly darker.

let our in-house craftsmen do the rest. Your
fully assembled order will be delivered to your
home and the delivery associate will place the
items wherever you would like them, indoors
or out. This service is available in the 48
contiguous states for a charge equal to 18% of
your merchandise total. There is a minimum
shipping charge of $250. Every Arthur Lauer

Delivery service.
Our craftsmen meticulously inspect each
piece of furniture, making sure every part
is perfect, then assemble it into a few large
sections and pack it in a box that can ship
via common carrier or UPS. It should take
an average of 30 minutes to complete the
assembly with a phillips head screwdriver,
a hammer and our clear illustrated
instructions. The shipping charge on flat
packs is 10% of the merchandise total. Not
all Arthur Lauer products are offered as
a Flat PackAssembly. Please see product

Our Signature Craftsman Kit includes precision
cut teak wood pieces and all the hardware you will
need to put the piece together. The craftsman kit is
rewarding to put together and in just a few hours,
depending on the piece, you will have created
a legacy your family will be proud of. The only
tools you will need are a hammer, a phillips head
screwdriver, a wrench and our clear illustrated
instructions. In each kit, no two pieces of wood
are connected. The shipping charge on our kits is

All of our fully assembled at the factory teak products are designed for a lifetime of trouble-
free use and are covered by a limited ten year warranty covering normal residential use.
Our teak furniture sold in flat pack (partially assembled) form by our factory or sold
as kits, are warranted for five and one years respectively.These warranties apply to the
original customer/installation with proof of purchase and covers any defects in materials or
workmanship provided that the product is measured and installed according to the product
instructions. In the unlikely event that warranty service is needed, call customer service and
we will arrange for a repair or replacement as quickly as possible.
Each piece is crafted from the finest teak wood.Teak is the one of the strongest and most
stable woods used for outdoor furniture and will outlast any other wood; however, unusual
wear and tear may require a replacement part, which we will quickly send for a nominal fee.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition
within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping charges), plus a nominal restocking
fee. Personalized or engraved items and discontinued products are not returnable.All non-
teak products and accessories carry a one year warranty.
