Rich foods and gourmet meals are certainly one of the pleasures of life,
but it needs to be in moderation and never eaten in a highly emotional
state. Foods used as a crutch or in place of an emotional need that is not
fulfilled, is usually food laid down as fat.
A change of attitude towards food helps with the fat loss journey, as well.
Looking at food as your fuel to run your body efficiently makes your
relationship with food healthier.
