direct phone call to the employers. So, that way you will be the first person to
find out if any candidate is selected or not, If any candidate is selected, than
that company pay us a commission equivalent to 30 days salary of the selected

4) Out of 30 days commission received by us, we pay you 50% for your efforts.
For example, if selected candidate's salary is Rs. 25,000/- per month , than you
get Rs. 12,500/-, which is sent to you by a cheque/DD.
5) After that, you get second vacancy, from a different company, along with
matching bio data’s. And once you fill up second vacancy, than you will get
third vacancy, so it will go on like this, as long as you wish to work for us.

5. This way , you are able to gain the practical experience of recruitment
business and are able to earn a handsome 50% commission also. And once
you have gained sufficient experience, and also earned handsome amount by
appointing 8 to 10 candidates, than you can invest the same amount , and
start your own consultancy, in your own name. So, that way, you do not have
to invest much from your own pocket, in starting your own consultancy.
To protect your interest and to ensure, that you get your 50% commission,
after the candidate is selected, we also have a written contract between us.
The copy of the contract can be sent to you. We also charge a small fee of Rs.
10000/- from you, along with the contract.
