frequent traveler.
3. BACKUP IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS
If you are a business traveler, you most likely need to carry
business documents along with you when you travel. To be on the
safe side, you might want to backup your important documents in
electronic form and have it stored on your electronic device or in
the cloud. You might want to make a copy of your passport and
other travel documents and store them on your electronic device
and in the cloud.
4. GET STREET ADDRESSES AHEAD OF TIME
Make a list of the places you need to travel to for your
business meetings and send a copy to your email. You might
want to save a copy on your phone as well for quick reference
when you are on the road. If you need to use a GPS to find
addresses, you can download an app such as Maps.me which
works offline. The app allows you to download country or city
maps for offline use.
5. LOG YOUR PARKING SPOT
If you need to park your car at the airport parking lot, you might
want to take a photo of where you park it before you leave. This
will help you easily locate your car when you return from your
trip. You might want to take a picture of something you can see
from where you parked your car, something like a billboard or
signpost.
