Often we accomodate ourselves and we think we are not able
to accomplish this or that. Any little matter, leads us to give
up.Many times, it is people with more difficulties that show their
worth and give us great lessons of life. They work to triumph
and they manage!
To prove that she still had the strength to reach her objectives,
an Indian, Arunima Sinha, decided to escalate Mount Everest.
The ex professional volleyball athlete, that two years ago, had
to amputate one of her legs, arrived this Tuesday at the top of
the highest mountain on the planet. Simply, SPECTACULAR.
“At that time, (of the amputation) everyone was concerned
about me. I then realized, I had to do something in my life that
would stop people looking at me with pity,” explained the 26
year old adventurer, this week, to France-Presse.
Arruina Sinha lost one of her legs, because she was victim of
an assault in India, two years ago, when she was thrown onto
the train tracks by her assaultants. The athlet, who tried to
resist the theft, had to have her leg amputated below the knee,
after being run over by the passing train on the line. Amazing!
