• See something of positive value
• Accept that positive value as good enough
for you to be pleased and satisfied with it

combining these 3 ingredients

Gratitude & Happiness
• Gratitude is a powerful form of positive thinking that boosts
happiness
• When you’re thankful, you’re seeing positive value in
something
• You’re also naturally accepting that positive value as good
enough for you to be pleased and satisfied with it

• Allow yourself to be happy with the positive value
you see
• Appreciate that you always have the power to be
thankful for something, for your own good and
happiness, no matter what
