2.  Structured Energy was incorporated in Nigeria to carry on the business of full
energy and trade services in the upstream and downstream sub-sectors of the
petroleum industry.
 Presently we primary focus are:
1. Trading of various petroleum products by way of importation or local
purchase and supply to off-takers [such as E&P companies, Major oil
marketers and independent marketers]. We supply automotive gasoil
[AGO] to rigs, platforms and production facilities on a weekly/monthly or
frequent repeated basis.

4. MANAGEMENT PROFILE
EMEKA EKWUNIFE- CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER/HEAD, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & TRADING
Mr. Ekwunife has diversified work experience with an extensive background in Engineering, Corporate
Finance, Project Finance, Structured Trade Finance, Venture Capital and Funds Management.
He started his working career with Boskel Nigeria Limited, a thermal process engineering firm in Port
Harcourt as a process engineer before joining DVCF Oil & Gas PLC as a project/investment analyst.
Mr. Ekwunife also had a successful banking career in Corporate & Investment Banking with Finbank
PLC [now FCMB PLC] and Sterling Bank Plc.
As the Head of Business Development and Lead Trader in Structured Energy, he oversees the
company’s day-to-day trading and supply of petroleum products, joint venture alliances and new
business in marine support and offshore logistics, heavy equipment supply and leasing, equipment
procurement services, engineering and construction.
Mr. Ekwunife also serves presently as the Chief Executive Officer of the company which translates to
providing visionary and strategic leadership to the company’s various business functions from time to
time.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering [B.Eng] degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of
Nigeria; a certified Sub-national Debt Management Consultant by the Debt Management Office,
Abuja.
He is an alumnus of the New York Institute of Finance specializing in Structured Finance Products.

5. PATRICK OKIWELU – HEAD, OPERATIONS
PATRICK OKIWELU is the Head of operations in Structured Energy Resources Limited. He is responsible
for defining, implementing and maintaining corporate operational and supply chain strategies and polices as
well as attaining functional and technical excellence for project constructions across the company.
Prior to joining Structured Energy, Mr. Okiwelu had a Stint at Sirius Energy Resources Limited, where he
served as the General Manager Operations and Logistics, There he provided strategic direction to several
function such as test & evaluation, supply management, environmental, health & safety and oversaw project
integrity.
He acquired a Bachelors degree in Business administration from Madonna University , Okija . He is a
member of APICS(Association for Operations Management), a Certified Supply Chain Professional(CSCP)
to name a few, he is also a certified international trade logistics specialist (CITLS). He has also obtained
certificate in International Petroleum Shipping.
Mr. Okiwelu has distinguished himself in his avowed specialty; he has carried logistics supply of petroleum
in voluminous quantities to majors such as OANDO, TOTAL, SHELL, CHEVRON and FORTE. He is
happily married with two children and enjoys playing golf and watching soccer.

6. MRS. CHINENYE EKWUNIFE- DIRECTOR/HEAD, FINANCE & STRATEGY
Mrs. Chinenye Ekwunife holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria
Nsukka in 2005. She started her career at Kakawa Asset Management Limited, in 2006 and moved on to the
Treasury department of Zenith Bank Plc in 2007. She then joined FSDH Merchant Plc in 2008, where she
worked with the business development unit and had oversight of the Administration of the Mutual Funds
and the segregated portfolios managed by the FSDH Asset Management Limited, the Funds’ management
arm of the group.
Mrs Ekwunife currently serves as Head of Finance and Strategy where she Oversees treasury, accounts and
corporate strategy of the company.
