      sites are leaders in the American market.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
   ๏ Our ad serving and booking solution, called CoordinAd, enables you to plan
      campaigns online in the easiest way: we offer integrated reporting and billing, in
      an attractive environment.
   ๏ You can either book campaigns yourself or use our local partners to do it for
      you.
   ๏ We offer special accounts to agencies and media buyers, in which they can get
      discounts and manage their clients campaigns.
   ๏ Within the system, we give you access to each site demographic information,
      predicted inventories and media kit. You can know in real time their rates,
      which ad formats they accept and proceed to booking campaigns.

   ๏ By working with our local partners, you can get access to VAT settlement: we
      also offer this option in selected countries even when you book campaigns
      yourself.

TECHNICAL DETAILS
   ๏ Our platform is compatible with most existing ad servers and third-party
      rich media vendors.
   ๏ Ads are priced in CPM, CPC and CPA, depending on what choice each
      publisher makes.
   ๏ Delivery cost and account usage are absolutely free, as we provide all
      bandwidth and hosting (we use very reliable solutions).
   ๏ We accept all IAB standard formats and allow rich media and banner ads.

   ๏ We offer a system called 'DualAds' that enables you to display ads in two
      languages (local one and English): you can thus target every possible user,
      including Americans traveling/living abroad. We just add a flag in the top
      corner of your ad space.
