I am a HR Professional interested in understanding how people work in an organisation, why they work the way they do and how they can be improved to reach their potential. I have experience in HR consulting, report generation and in case study writing. I like meeting new people. My areas of interest include outplacement, HR practices in SMEs, graphology, body language, learning styles, personality types ( esp. introverts) and training. I believe I am good in teaching and in explaining concepts to make it more simpler. Most importantly, I realize that behind every great organisation is an excellent HR!
