Due to the number of participants at the various levels, baseball and softball season is one of the biggest
opportunities to sell custom printed uniforms and apparel.
League Uniforms
The entire league typically wears the same shirt style with various colors, team name, sponsors and numbers.
You will usually bid to print the entire league. League bidding is very competitive and one of the least profitable
sales areas. To keep costs as low as possible, try to get the entire league to use the same logo.
If this is not agreeable, try to choose a rectangular shaped art layout so you can economize our gang sheet.
Each sheet could then print two team’s shirt fronts and caps.
If sponsors are needed, we offer cost saving sponsor sheets. Depending on the size, you can fit up to 11
different sponsor names on one sheet! The sheet is set up based on ink color.

money. With our perfect pairing system, all you do is touch the paper of the digits and name and apply at one
time! Two color numbers are already aligned and are applied the same way with just one application! Even if
you didn’t do the league printing, most parents will pay extra to add their player’s names to the jersey, often
about $5 for something that costs you $1.75! Just use our cover sheets to cover the already printed area before
applying the name.
Specialty Uniforms
Polyester/Moisture Wicking Uniforms and Apparel
New uniform styles are often 100% Polyester which can scorch
easily. We have created Elasti Prints® transfers and numbers to
prevent the scorching with its low temperature applicaton.
Elasti Prints number styles are Champ Pro, Euro Pro and Avalon.
Split Fronts
A popular uniform style for travel teams is the button
down or split front. Using transfers makes printing these
easy — just cut in half and apply to either side using the
grid lines for easy alignment.
All-Stars
Most leagues have an all-star event at the season end
and new uniforms are often made for these teams.
So even if you didn’t get the league bid, use our

Add–On Sales
There are many extras that you can order for baseball teams using the same artwork as the uniforms.
Some of these include bat bags (that can be printed with screen printed transfers if denier polyester,
