The first step of our remodeling process is
the initial visit. This home visit is completely
free and includes no obligation. This allows
our specialists to interact with the client and
have a thorough understanding of the
project and the available space as well as
the overall layout of the home.
4. Step 2
After the initial visit, we can begin creating the design for the
project. During this step, simple sketches will be made of the
design, and the client's budget will be analyzed. These design
sketches can then be studied by the client to determine
whether any revisions are necessary. Once the client approves
the design, we will begin selecting materials for the project; this
step can be overwhelming which is why we provide complete
assistance in making selections. Our clients enjoy peace of

5. Step 3
Permits are a necessary part of home
remodeling and renovations. Fortunately, you do

Once the build is finished, the last step is the final
inspection. A managing member of our team will
complete a walk-through with the client to be sure
that they are completely satisfied with the finished
project. Once we have received the client's
approval, the two-year warranty on the labor and
materials will begin.
