Ellicott Development’s newest development, The Pasquale at Waterfront Place, combines

Designed by Charles Gordon in collaboration with KNY Architects of Burlington, Ontario, The
Pasquale brings together 49 luxury residences in an 11-story condominium tower set atop

a separate storage unit in the building’s parking levels.


Purchasers may select from a variety of units, ranging in size from 1,300 square feet for a one-
bedroom unit to over 3,000 square feet for a penthouse unit. Each residence features an
