Terms & Conditions with Proposal for - Talent sourcing & placement.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
Greetings from “TEAMHR-BD” I would like to take a brief moment of your time to introduce us to you. We are the
new emerging HR & Talent sourcing firm in our country with the MOTO of Create a bridge to your career.
“TEAM” stands for Talent, Employment, Achievement and Motivation.
We have a rich professional’s data base in our CV bank (more then 10000 Cv’s) which is updated regularly with
new and more potential candidates. We have a strong & dynamic sourcing team who can strongly source suitable
candidates as required by our Clients. We also have a panel of consultants from different fields who can
professionally get engaged with our clients’ needs in short term & long term basis.

When your company makes deal with our company “TEAMHR-BD” for Head Hunting, then your company will pay
us (20% of total annual basic salary excluding VAT or Equal one month gross salary excluding VAT) as
service charge for the placement service. The bill must be paid within 7(seven) working days respectively along with
the VAT chalan. The payment must be paid by Cash or Cash cheque. Kindly confirm us which method you
are accepting for the service charge and the paying method you have agreed
All the CV submitted by “TEAMHR-BD” will be valid for 2(two) years from CV submission date. Within this time
period if any of our submitted candidate gets selected for your company or any of your sister concerns then the
service charge must be paid in the above mentioned terms,
Both our companies have to sign an agreement if you are interested to select us as your talent sourcing
& placement service provider & provide us a acknowledgement note on your company letterhead for
documentation.
