 On July 30, 2013, Laster approached two
males and asked for a ride to another
location.
 After Laster got into their vehicle, he
brandished a handgun and forced the driver
to two separate ATMs where cash was
withdrawn.
 Laster then compelled the driver to a last
location where he fled on foot with the
victims’ cell phones and money.

 Laster has a criminal history that
includes drug and traffic charges
as well as domestic assault.
 Laster is 21 years old,
approximately 5’10” tall and
about 168 lbs.
 He has tattoos on his upper right
and left arms as well as his upper
back. Both ears are pierced.
