Procrastinate
When you have a routine task to

Eat good brain foods. Fruits

Drink more water. Water is great
for you! The more hydrated you

more you have to get up and pee
which is a good thing because it

10. 8. Take a Break
Figure out a good block of time to
work and take breaks. Some people
need to work for 90 minutes and
then take a little break others need
to work until they complete a task
and then take a break. No matter
what it is figure out what works
best for you but make sure to stand
up and get your blood flowing, talk
with a co-worker for a few minutes,
or just get your eyes off of that
computer screen to rest.

at a Time
Don't multitask or be
connected to every form
of social media. Save that
