VoIP troubleshooting In Your Network
» Typical scenario
1. Received the helpdesk ticket where user X with phone Y complaining about VoIP issues
2. VoIP engineer needs to see call manager logs, or several 3rd party tools to confirm the problem
(MOS, jitter, latency of a call, used codec, signaling path)
