5. Phase 1 – Prototype Development and Test
•the development and documentation of the manufacturing process
•the acquisition of material and equipment to build a proof of concept model
•the construction and testing of several proof of concept models
•the construction of a playhouse 6’ x8’ size sample house for weather testing
the development of instructions and educational materials
Phase 2- Sisal House Factory in a Box
Develop the sisal factory in a box equipment and material list
Develop a standardized plan and platform for sisal factory in a box
Develop documentation of the construction process
Build two or three sisal factory boxes
Field test the sisal factory in a box in predetermined location with indigenous personnel
Phase 3- Initial Adoption Program
•Establish operating organization
•Establish partnership with rotary club in a developing test nation
•Develop logistics plan including customs issues
