I was invited to coach participants during the iSpace Women Entrepreneurs Program. on the topic; 'Setting your business apart' , 'Carving a marketing strategy' and 'Can my business have a social impact' . These sessions took place on 7th April, 9th April and 14 April respectively.

The participants were from various industries spanning from jewellery making to travel and tour. They have expressed interest in knowing how to structure their business, how to create a good marketing strategy, expanding their business network and getting feedback on their business idea.
This Presentation was my introductory presentation delivered at this “iSpace Women’s Entrepreneurs” Program. organised by ispace, a technology hub in Accra supporting start ups and in partnership with Google for Entrepreneurs,


The program was a three-week intensive program aimed at women entrepreneurs who are looking to create a winning business proposal and business pitch. Participants were coached by Sir Eric Seyram A and other industry experts on how to write their business proposal and present themselves to potential investors. Some selected business proposals got a sponsored package from iSpace and also a one on one mentoring with few of the leading women in business in Ghana today.

    7. 7. Stop Competing – Start Winning By Innovating Contrary to popular belief, competing with other individuals or companies is counterproductive. From a business perspective, focusing on your competition instead of focusing on continuous innovation by creating value through must have products, and services, will over time result in you looking and acting more like your competitors, not to mention fighting an escalating battle over shrinking margins. So even when you’re in the lead, eventually someone else will copy what you are doing, which makes you compete with them even more. I define Personal Innovation as the ability to see new opportunities where others don’t, create new positions/careers that never existed, while undergoing continuous learning and adapting to economic change.

Your world view or What you believe in determines all you do. What is good life to you? Is it looking good, feeling good and having all the goods? I believe good life is about being good, doing good and giving your life away. Super success ful brands know these.

Your target audience desperately want an experience that is Authentic and creates a superior value for them.
