We recently did some team building with a client, that went so well we thought we would make it into a course. Being on a boat this training/ coaching is totally immersive. If you are starting out, fixing a problem, or creating a team to tackle a large bid, this course is for you

2. Objective
• Our unique approach to cross company sales

– we will energise multiple elements of your

platform for growth

– How Sales interacts with Marketing and how it can
be improved
– The role of forecasting and how to improve its
impact internally, without reducing customer
facing time
– How to match your selling style, to the customer’s
buying style

4. Why Sailing
• A large element of this course is team building
and on a sailing boat the real person is on
show
• On a sailing boat the distractions of the office
are gone
• On a sailing boat you are immersed in the
exercise for 48 hours for a full learning
experience

• The sales force
• The internal customer (sales ops/ mgt
/finance)

• The product/ service (operations)
