Mart Stam made history in 1926 when he experimented with bent metal and gas pipes
and developed the cantilever chair- A chair which no longer needed four legs for
stability. This design, presented to the public in 1927, became an important piece in the
history of modern design.
The chair consists of a tubular metal frame with seat and back in saddle leather in natural
or black, or with seat and back in a synthetic mesh, in black, silver or 'havanna'.
