Since two teams were able to cross 200, the remaining three Corby handsets go into the draw for ‘team members’

Multiple tweets from one account for one team were counted only as one submission.
If a Twitter handle tweeted for more than one team, the team they tweeted for first was taken as their valid entry.
People outside of India who tweeted a particular team’s hashtag have been included in the count for purposes of selecting the winning team, but not in the draw for prizes (for themselves)
Brand / Company Twitter accounts have not been included in the count.
Bots have been eliminated from the team members lists (This includes accounts which have 0 followers and only one tweet with one of the contest’s hash-tags).
People who joined teams on manipulated by bots have been included in the draw, but kept out of the count for selecting the winning team

The Samsung Corby Colour Wars Contest (Contest) will be on at Twitter.com (http://twitter.com) from 11 a.m. IST 2nd November, 2009 to 11.59 p.m. IST 13th November, 2009
To be eligible for the lucky draw of The Samsung Corby Colour Wars Contest, participants have to be residents of India
The Samsung Corby Colour Wars will be played between five teams (Teams), viz. #SamsungCorbyYellow, #SamsungCorbyWhite, #SamsungCorbyOrange, #SamsungCorbyPink and #SamsungCorbyBlack, led by their respective team leaders (Team Leads)
The five team leads are (in alphabetical order) : i. AbhishekBaxi – can be followed from http://twitter.com/baxiabhishek or @baxiabhishek #SamsungCorbyYellowii. Harish Thota – can be followed from http://twitter.com/dhempe or @dhempe #samsungcorbyorangeiii. MohnishNagpal – can be followed from http://twitter.com/sensonize or @sensonize #SamsungCorbyWhiteiv. MonikPamche – can be followed from http://twitter.com/monikkinom or @monikkinom #SamsungCorbyBlackv. Praval - can be followed from http://twitter.com/praval or @praval #SamsungCorbyPink

To win, the Team Leads’ need to reach the highest number of members /‘followers’ within the above mentioned duration.
To join / follow a team, all participants just have to ‘tweet’ the team’s hash-tag once. For example: @abc I am #SamsungCorbyXXXX. You can support only one team, and your vote will count only once.
Top 3 Team Leads who have managed to win at least 200 followers each stand to win a brand new Samsung Corby
The Team Lead with the maximum number of members to the team / followers score also wins Rs. 10,000 in cash
Members / followers of all 5 teams combined also stand to win a minimum of ‘two’ Samsung Corby handsets, selected through a lucky draw

If any Team Lead does not reach a minimum of 200 followers, their Samsung Corby also gets added into the lucky draw for the team members/ followers. In addition, their own name also gets added to the list of people for the lucky-draw (so they still have a chance to win a Samsung Corby). The same process is repeated if more than 1 Team Lead fail to reach a minimum 200 followers
It is totally up to the respective Team Leads how to attract members / followers to their team, using bonafide means
Only entries with respective hashtags - #SamsungCorbyYellow, #SamsungCorbyWhite, #SamsungCorbyOrange, #SamsungCorbyOrange and #SamsungCorbyBlack – will be taken into account for purpose of calculation of members / followers / winners
Samsung Mobile India holds the authority to withdraw the contest at any time without any further explanation and reserves the right to amend the rules, if necessary to protect the sanctity and fair play

14. Employees and relatives of Samsung Electronics India Private Limited and business associates involved in managing the Samsung Corby Colour Wars Contest are not allowed to participate in the contest
All decisions taken vis-à-vis the Samsung Corby Colour Wars Contest by Samsung Mobile India would be final and cannot be challenged
