• I was a project trainee at RASA for 6 months for completing MSc(Industrial Biotechnology)

out on computational studies like the molecular docking, the use of Toxspec module, ADME
module, biospec module for the ligands synthesized and tested by invivo experiments. The
data helped in correlating the activity profile and the probable mode of action. Testing the
‘drug-like’ properties of compounds using methods, like in silico, in vitro and in vivo
protocols are the need of the hour. The drug like properties of the synthesized molecules
were evaluated with the ADME module and toxicity profiling done using the modules
