To whom it may concern,
I am writing on behalf of Ross Smith who has been a fulltime member of The Pearly
Whites since May of 2012. Since joining the band, Ross has carried out his
responsibilities in a very professional manner. He is always extremely interested in
what he is doing and is constantly looking to excel with his abilities.
Ross is a huge asset to The Pearly Whites and is a pleasure to work with. His positive
attitude and consistent professionalism towards the job are just two of his excellent
character traits. Ross is also very flexible and very eager to take on new challenges,
two qualities that are both necessary and proven from working in a function band.
