to my past employer (Airflow HVAC), which was firm
on utilizing traditional methods and therefore,
resistant to change.
• As a problem solver, I persuaded management how
the benefits of utilizing new methods outweigh the
shortcomings of old processes.
• Facilitated the implementation of proposed change to
parties involved leading to new organizational
practices and smooth transition.

dichotomy between being the best and worst job.
• It was the best job for it gave me an opportunity
to hone my supervisory skills. I provided
recommendations for better operation processes
and oversaw the execution of these
improvements.
• The position promoted critical thinking, which I
highly valued and appreciated.

enough career growth that I was aiming for.

b. Gabriel would likely say that he misses me
running the company. He appreciates my
dedication and commitment to superior
customer service. Because of this, client
retention was high.
c. In fact, I still touch base and currently doing a
part-time project with him to revamp the
company’s price book.
