Art. 8.2.2.7.2.5 Het examen wordt in de vorm van een schriftelijk
exame uitgevoerd. Aan de kandidaat moeten iedere keer 30 vragen
in multiple choice vorm en een casusvraag worden gesteld. De duur
vanhet examen bedraagt in totaal 120 150 minuten, waarvan 60

worden afgeweken van deze limiet tot een limiet van 1000 m3 per tank.

Chapter 9 – Rules for construction
Art. 9.3.2.21.5 (c) Vessels which may be delivering
products required for operation of vessels shall be
equipped with a transhipment facility compatible with
EN 12827:1996 and a rapid closing device enabling
refuelling to be interrupted. It shall be possible to
actuate this rapid closing device by means of an
electrical signal from the overflow prevention
system……the rapid closing device shall acutate a
visual and audible alarm on board.
