Our main activityWhat we doOur company is specializing in the cas*ng of ferrous and non‐ferrous alloys to produce industrial parts for a wide variety of industries. We also perform medium complexity machining of the cas8ngs.  Our products •  Revolving parts (bushings, bearings etc.) made out of an*fric*on alloys (8n bronzes, leaded bronze  alloy YSn83)  •  Runners / sliding boards of bronze or brass  •  Wear resistant cas*ngs made of manganese steel or ferrous alloys with high density Cr and Mo  •  Refractory alloy cas*ngs and stainless steels with Ni and Cr  •  Centrifugal cas*ngs from 8n bronze and aluminium bronzes: bushings, gears, worm wheels, bearings,  etc.  •  Sta*c cas*ngs in metallic mould, such as bushings, rods, proﬁles   •  Copper alloy ingots, aluminium , lead, 8n (Sn80 Y‐, Y‐Sn83, LP40, LP60, LP63)  •  An*fric*on alloy deposits on bearings (Y‐Sn80, Sn83‐Y) Types of alloys •  Nonferrous alloys:  8n bronze, aluminium bronze, brass, aluminium alloys, solders, an8fric8on alloys  etc.  •  Ferrous alloys:  gray cast iron, cast steel, nodular cast iron, carbon steel, refractory steel, stainless  steel, manganese steel and others 

The way we workMouldingThe moulding and cas8ng opera8ons are run on a semi‐mechanized technological line;  the moulding is prepared in a modern Omega‐type installa8on, using washed dry quartz sand bonded with furan resins. Sporadically manual moulding can be used in mixtures of sand bonded with sodium silicate or bentonite.  MeltingThe mel*ng of refractory alloys is made in electric furnaces heated by induc*on, with a capacity of 300 kg each. The development of easily fusible alloys is made in electric furnaces or ﬂame furnaces. The chemical composi*on is determined with a spectral analyser.  CastingFor some nonferrous parts we apply sta*c cas*ng in metal moulds, centrifugal cas*ng on horizontal or ver8cal axis, and high‐pressure cas*ng. Machinery and equipment •  Electric mel8ng furnace with induc8on ﬁeld  •  High‐pressure cas8ng machine   •  Metalscan 2500 spectrometer for checking alloys composi8on  •  Lathes, milling, drilling, grinding, gear cueng equipment
