Singapore late 2012. CEO Patrick Imbardelli has worked with
the award-winning design firm WOHA in developing the plans
for this new hotel, which emphasize a hotel-in-a-garden theme
and sustainability. Green features include rainwater harvesting,
automatic sensors that regulate energy use, and solar cells to
harness the power of the sun and turn it into electricity. Patrick
Imbardelli is especially enthusiastic about how the hotel
marries striking architecture and sustainability in a way that
adds value to the building design.
