4. THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS
We understand that money is important therefore we pride ourselves with having one of the best commission structures in
the business. Utilising their experience within the industry along with benchmarking with fellow recruiters, our directors have
come up with what we believe to be a generous and rewarding scheme.
In addition to this, we hold ‘Dream Wall’ competitions where you have the chance to win your dream item, up to the value of
£500.00 just for hitting your target that quarter.
Our monthly threshold is £4,500. Once you hit £4,500, your commission will be as follows:
Up to £5,000 15%
£5,001 - £15,000 20%
£15,001 - £25,000 30%
£25,001 + 40%
For example if you invoiced £14,000 in a month, the commission you would receive would be as follows:
First £5,000 15% of 5,000 = £750
£5,000 - £15,000 20% of £9000 = £1800
Total £2,550

5. DON’T JUST TAKE OUR
WORD FOR IT
Everyone’s left to run their own desks however support is always there if needed. Billy and Michelle
are always looking at ways to help me improve and develop, with ongoing training and courses to go
on.
It’s a great family environment and everyone gets on with everyone. Each person has a role to play
in their success and we are rewarded very well with the best commission structure I know of in the
market, top that with free breakfast / snacks and the red bull fridge.
I started at FGS in July 2015 and in just three short months, I already feel like I’ve been working here
for years. I love that I felt like part of the team after just a few weeks.
There is not a hint of micro-management. Everyone’s left to run their own desks however support
is always there if needed. The snack bar is pretty good too although be prepared to put on weight
within the first six weeks! Don’t say we didn’t warn you!
The professional atmosphere, I
honestly think everyone know his /
her industry niche to a very high level.
Every day is fun and we laugh every
day in the office, the banter is great
and truly enjoy working with everyone.
Firstly, they let me bring in Max, my 8
month old Cocker Spaniel when my
partner is unable to look after him.
Apart from that, it’s quite simple, we
believe in doing recruitment well. We
pride ourselves on our communication
and integrity, and our unofficial motto
is “Sourcing Awesome”, which I think
speaks volumes.
