2. Overview
WRGW Sports is a division of George Washington
University’s student-run online radio station, WRGW District
Radio. WRGW Sports produces live broadcasts of every
George Washington Men’s and Women’s Basketball game,
both at home and on the road, totaling 58 games this
season. As the flagship station of George Washington
Women’s Basketball, it is the only carrier of this
competitive Division I program.
WRGW Sports also produces daily sports talk shows, every
weekday from 4pm – 6pm. In addition it operates a
website which features editorial sports pieces, as well
recaps of George Washington University Basketball games.
WRGW Sports stories, live game coverage, and sports shows
are accessible online at Sports.GWRadio.com. Shows and
game broadcasts are also available on the TuneIn Radio App
for smartphones and tablets.
