During the 4th
live Empower Network they raised
$30,000 for the Red Cross of Eastern Massachusetts to
help the victims of the Boston bombing attack.

The Empower Network raises $30,000 to the Red Cross this
past weekend we had our “Get Money” event which is the
4th
live conference since the company started a year ago.
During the last 3 events we have done something in the local
community through Habitat for Humanity but because of the
tragedy in Boston the owners our focus.
On Saturday, the 20th
of April, the co-founders David Wood
and David Sharpe announced they wanted to do something
special for the victims in Boston and announced they were
selling “All In” bracelets for those who wanted to help. The
bracelets cost $5 and all proceeds were going to the Red Cross
in Boston.
In addition they had selected 3 random people to come on
stage to be placed in a money booth. The booth would blow
around Empower Network money and the contestant would

see how much they could grab in short period of time and the
company would then add two 0’s to the total.
It was funny seeing each one get into the booth because the air
blew everything around. The only rule was you couldn’t grab
any money off the floor or even trap it on the floor. The first
and last contestant both tried to grab it under their shirt since
the air was blowing from the ground up and those were the two
who grabbed the most.
The first person in was able to get $25, 2nd $14, and the 3rd
$32 which was a total of $71. The Empower Network then
added two 0’s which brought the final total to $7,100. After
all bracelets were sold along with some affiliate donations plus
the money booth the total came to $30,000 being donated to
the victims of the Boston Event.
