The portion of the recent Quinnipiac University poll of Ohio residents dealing with their opinion on whether or not a new, higher tax on shale drilling in the state is a good idea or not. Gov. John Kasich (Republican) and some Democrats support a higher tax that would be used, ostensibly, to lower the state income tax rate.
